Selecting the right materials is a key part of our production processes. At TYPICO, in addition to technical requirements, we also consider material composition, potential recycled content, and options for future recycling. Our material portfolio includes various solutions with specific properties. The choice of materials depends on the specific project, the intended application, and the technical requirements. PVC-free substrate materials are available for select applications. These include, for example, certain tarps, mesh and decorative fabrics, as well as other materials.

Our company’s facility combines timber construction with technical solutions for heating, cooling, lighting, and heat recovery. These elements are part of our operational infrastructure and support the efficient use of energy and resources. We are also continuously improving our operational mobility. Our vehicle fleet consists primarily of all-electric vehicles, with the exception of a few vans.

Packaging and logistics play a particularly important role in textile architecture and visual marketing. Since many of our projects involve custom solutions and prototypes, packaging and transportation must be flexibly tailored to the specific requirements. To achieve this, we rely on suitable packaging materials, appropriate packaging technologies, and coordinated logistics processes. For select digital printing applications, we offer foldable substrate materials. Depending on the material and application, these can be folded for transport instead of being rolled onto cardboard cores. This reduces the required packaging and transport volume.

For products manufactured in-house, a take-back arrangement can be agreed upon on a project-by-project basis at the end of their service life. Which components are taken back and whether they can be reused, recycled, or otherwise recovered depends on their material composition, condition, and available recovery options. We coordinate the specific services and terms individually with our customers.
